Secure Your Hood with Ease

Installed this latch kit on my car and it has been a game-changer. No more worrying about the hood flying open during high speeds or rough roads. The installation was simple and it fits perfectly on my car. The only con is that it's not compatible with all models, but if it fits yours, I highly recommend it for added peace of mind on your automotive adventures.

The eyelet on the back of the strap needs to be sanded or the strap will not tension

I installed this on a vehicle it was designed for . Unfortunately the elastic didn't fit so I had to modify it. In the end we managed to sort it out. Worked fine but not from the factory

Bonnet pins are no $12

Atypical Dorman quality. I bought two last year and they fail in six months. Rubber gives way and starts to crack in a hundred places and eventually breaks. There aren't really any other aftermarket companies for medium duty trucks, so I guess I'll stock another one. The weird thing is that the one I had at the 1994 International lasted 25 years.
