Great product, don't believe the bad reviews. Look at you!

Perfect fit for my 2007 LX Honda Civic, fixes uneven rear wheel wear from poor OEM camber design that Honda refuses to admit. I've seen some reviews that say road noise increases or knocks/knocks after replacement. Well, all I can say is that those who had these bad guy problems either gave their cars to the first person they met on the street, or did it themselves without the proper tools and equipment. This delicate work must be entrusted to you. to professionals.

  • This is great

Not always the same details.

Two different items received. They're both "the same," but clearly very different. One is marked SPC and has a much nicer finish. The other is made in Taiwan and stamped by hand. I'm keeping one and returning the other in hopes of getting a matching SPC hand (on the right in both photos). If you would like to order these, please consider placing two separate orders to simplify returns/exchanges. I'll let you know when the replacement arrives. I still have two different parts. Maybe I should…

Inexpensive repair of defective Honda Civics 8th generation

They look solidly built. And they're inexpensive. I hope they fix the excessive negative camber on my daughter's 2006 Honda Civic that was cursed by Honda's originally poorly designed control arms. (Unfortunately, I thought the tires on this used car were severely bent and flat due to poor maintenance. I was not aware of this defect.) After reading various reports online that Honda's control arm replacement had not corrected the sufficiently negative camber. I chose this one. They cost $180…

  • Everything is fine!

  • Definitely a bad product

Excellent fit/finish/quality

As many other Civic owners have stated on this and other websites, this is an SPC part that has been rebranded for Dorman and contrary to the product description, it fits my Honda Civic DX from 2012 (9th generation). is excellent. If you look at the description for SPC#67470 you will see it for ALL Civics since 2006 including 8th and 9th generation versions. Although this Dorman part comes out of the box with the SPC logo, it does not have a part number on it, so you are running a technical…

There are many tools, removing the old wishbone takes so long

I recently spent about 6 hours installing the upper rear wishbones. After jacking up the car and putting it on stands, I removed the wheel and began loosening the three bolts holding the lever. A month earlier I sprayed the screws liberally with a hammer. I recoated the screws with a penetrating spray. Being careful not to break the bolts, I used a Mapp gas torch to heat the nut and remove one side of the lever. The next two internal screws took much longer due to availability. Extensions…

Fixes an issue Honda didn't plan to fix

Over the past 5 years we have fitted 6 sets of rear tires to our Si. Wanting Honda to fix the problem (the fact that the camber is not adjustable), we called the company many times and even filed a class action lawsuit for Honda to fix the camber wear (see photo). But we were rejected every time, ended up buying them instead of returning them to Honda (maybe they should take care of their customers instead of buying laptops and wrestling mats which are "useful" but I digress. That are the…

Installation was easy enough, the top impact wrench does just that.

For whom it concerns, they will work on a Honda Hybrid too (my 2006 at least). I was going to have a mechanic install them but ended up doing it myself to save $90 in labor. Installation was easy enough, the impact wrench for the top makes it a lot quicker (although a torque wrench after inserting). A handy trick for getting a point through the floor, place a jack under the drum and raise it until the holes line up or are close together. It took about 15-20 minutes each side, just remember to…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Not sure

This appears to have solved the alignment problem on my 2007 4-door Civic sedan for a total price of around $400, while at a Honda dealership it would cost at least twice as much. This is the offset that cost me hundreds of dollars in tire wear when the people who sold me the tires told me the Civic had the offset but the car had no adjustment and it wouldn't hurt. BIG SURPRISE On the next visit to this workshop I was told that my rear tires failed the test due to wear on their inner edges…

Fits and snaps well on Honda Civic LX 07

I got 2 of these for my Honda Civic LX 07 after the site that put my new tires on found that the camber on my rear wheels was MUCH less and they couldn't set it up. They wanted me to pay over $700 for the parts and labor to replace it (like the mechanics would do) and then another $70 for alignment. I decided to do some research on the 8th Civic forums and found that this part was recommended and was only a fraction of what the mechanic wanted. On many of these vehicles there is a known issue…
