Improved my car's emissions!

When I tried this emissions solenoid, my check engine light turned off and my car felt smoother. The installation was easy and it fits perfectly.

1998 F150 5.4L 4WD Solenoid

This was my 4WD solution. There are diagnostic videos on YouTube. Make sure the key connector on your truck matches the connector on the solenoid. Someone has the keys downstairs, someone to the side. This one fits my truck perfectly.

Pros
  • Thoroughly tested - automotive and lab tested to ensure trouble free operation
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

This part repaired my F150

There is an odd noise under the hood when the engine is browning a little but not when it is on a flat surface . I replaced the solenoid and vacuum valve and the problem was gone. The dealer wanted to replace the hub locks and charge me $1200. I'm glad I tried it first.

Pros
  • Reliable quality - backed by a team of designers and engineers in the USA
Cons
  • Volume
