    Not Fit OEM - Exhaust & Emissions

    This replacement header has been threaded where the header will mount. The supplied screws are too long and the part did not fit properly.

    Collector is ok, no gasket. Buy Felpro Gasket

    I hate that I didn't take a picture before assembling. But it fit perfectly. I didn't pay attention to the seal that came with it. I have already bought a Felpro seal. The collector is fine.

    Well risen. The problem is that it wasn't.

    Screws perfect. The problem was that there was no bevel to clean the seal. Another problem was the manifold flange. Cords were cut into it. The bolts supplied by us are too long and do not correspond to the original version. The part didn't fit properly.

    The supplied exhaust flange bolts will not fit.

    The shaping is a bit rough but not too bad. The screw holes quickly cleaned with a grinder. The rear flange bolts included in the kit are tapped prior to tightening, these headers are randomly threaded but with a different thread pitch than the stock bolts. (m10x1.50, original m10x1.75) I used M10-1.5x50mm and it fit fine, just discarded the screws from the kit. You can drill the threads and through the bolt flange, I didn't realize that until the headers were installed. Just cost me time and a

    Not identical to OEM but works well.

    The first rating is correct. The supplied screws are the same length, size and thread pattern as the original screws. But the threads don't go far enough, so they won't fit a RAM 1500. The holes on the header are tapped unlike the original, but the original bolts will mate exactly with those threads. So I didn't use the bolts that came with it and reused the original bolts and nuts instead. I'm not exactly sure about the other issue the first reviewer had. The second reviewer either didn't…
