Perfect fit for 95 Civic

Perfect fit for my 95 Honda Civic. I wish it had a retaining spring built in as it was a real headache to attach and the old one is 20 years old after all. One star deducted for that.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Negative impression

Attention buyers! I learned the hard way that the hole in front of the steel crankcase ventilation tube was blocked by rubber at the bottom of the molded strain relief. This Dorman 696-712 Air Intake Hose came with no installation instructions or instructions for any necessary modifications such as testing or drilling a clogged hole. I assumed this part was ready to install. It wasn't until I had driven 60 km that my oil light came on. When I opened the hood there was oil and smoke everywhere…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • I don't really like anything, everything is fine
