Dorman 800 142 Steel Compression Union Review

As advertised. If you use these, you know what they are. Worked great to connect some of the steel piping used for my project!

Perfect for a section of fuel line I needed to fix. Saved over $600 (which the mechanic wanted to replace the entire fuel line).

Used to add fittings to my fuel line. Helps to grind the line a bit, some 220's are nice and light to help them glide. They don't need godless torque to stay tight. Good product.

I needed to fix the stainless steel low pressure sensor line on my truck and this connected two lines with no problem. One line I had to sand a bit but that's not the product's fault and it was very easy to do.

Use on fuel lines, only vaporizer and return lines so they are not over pressurized. However, I've used larger ones on the feed line and it's not leaking yet. At first they did because I was sure of how tight to put them on, but after pressing a few more times they were great.
