Works but different screw hole depths

One of the screw holes is a different depth so go to the hardware store and get a hardened screw as the hardened one doesn't snap into the block as easily

Pros
  • Thermostat housing
Cons
  • Very expensive

This is perfect for my 1986 4.2 liter 6 cylinder engine

This is an EXACT match to the original part on my Jeep. A few small dents in the corners can easily be repaired with a flat file. It looked so good I gave it a clear coat and used stainless steel screws and washers. As mentioned by others, the top screw should be about 1/2" longer than the original.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Some faults
