🔥 Fuel Cooler for Chevrolet/GMC Models - Dorman 904-180: Enhance Performance and Efficiency Review

I found this cooler for a reasonable price and it was a direct replacement for the old one. All the screws and brackets needed for the job. Great value for money and fast delivery.

I use Dorman equipment all the time and this fuel cooler is as good as a factory part. Fits perfectly, is well made and will likely last as long as the original device.

Turned out to be an OEM replacement. I had to modify the bracket a bit, loosen a few screws and drill the mounting hole a bit more to make everything fit. I want to make it clear that it was just a few minor flare-ups. It is almost an exact copy of the original compared to my original from my 2003 2500HD. The fuel intake and the design are (almost) perfect. Seems to be working great now. I'll let you know if I have any further problems. 4 stars so far.

cooler is almost in stock. However, I had to bend the mounting tab to the frame to fit on the truck. Also, the quick disconnects are not beveled/rounded and look like they were cut on a bandsaw. This caused the o-rings to poke out on my new $500 stainless steel lines. I had to buy new fittings for the radiator and cut the quick disconnects off my new lines to install new quick disconnects with hose clamps. old cooler. I've contacted Dorman about this and will update if I get a response.
