🔍 Dorman 911-035 Vapor Canister Purge Valve for Compatible Models Review

Replaced this solenoid and evaporator solenoid and replaced chewed evaporator hoses under the cut to clear all evaporator leak codes on a 2004 Cavalier.

Everyone seems to have good views but from my point of view it only took a few months before I started giving me the smell of petrol in the engine then was around the evaporator something yellow . part to the hose

My 2004 Chevy Cavalier had a check engine light and I went to Autozone and used an OBII code reader which triggered the purge valve. I changed the flush valve, the next day the check went out and didn't come back. Highly recommended!

This is a great product especially for the price, the store charged almost $100 to get this part and install it and it took me a minute to replace it. Impala 2003, when the car revs up and down like the car was dying, it turned out that the valve was stuck.

Bought in May because Revane told me it would fit my Saab 9-3. Well, it's December and it might not even last a whole year. I thought I could save time and money by ordering through Revain but unfortunately it just bought me some time. The OEM part for Saab is German, it's, you guessed it, made in China. Shit!

It was a perfect match for my 2002 Cavalier and my p1441 code was cleared within a mile of the replacement. This is an easy fix, but if you have a Cavalier and aren't a mechanic like me, I suggest you take the car to a workshop as this part is about halfway up the back of the cylinder block and is difficult to reach is . .

Great product, took about 5 minutes to swap out on my 2001 Pontiac Bonneville 3.8. However, be careful when disconnecting the U-tube from the end as it may break when disconnected. Remove the attached exhaust pipes from the throttle body FIRST and then from the valve. That way you won't overstretch and break the U-tube like I did. Also replacing this part fixed DTC P0446!

I was clueless enough to believe that this new one only works because it holds a vacuum. I feel like I still have an issue with my general emissions trouble code P0440. Yesterday I decided to check if the vacuum is off and working, but the device is not working and the valve opened. I ended up putting the old one back in. What I don't know yet is if they make noise and pulsate or are only open when the machine is running or in a cycle. Since I bought this part last fall and have parked the car…
