Easy to Replace - Remove the trim over the glove box, remove the glove box, then use small tools to get to and replace. It is expected to take 45 minutes.

The price is excellent, delivered quickly. They fit perfectly but one of them broke after installation. Not sure if this is a product error or an installation error. It is extremely difficult to gain access to them. Once access is gained, the part can be easily replaced.

2011 Dodge Durango - fixed temperature difference between driver and passport. Depending on which side is "wrong" (e.g. if the driver's side is hot and you have the AC set to cold but the passenger side air vent is cold), the side should be replaced. easy work!

Great product and cheaper than dealers. Not easy to install. That's a terrible car design, not this company. This piece had to be made of metal due to its location and importance. But you know automakers have to make money. If you cannot install it yourself, the dealer will ask a lot of money. The part is cheap but difficult to change. Or suffer without heat/air conditioning. Wow! There aren't many options here!

price for 2 of these is less than half for 1 at the dealer. The 2011 Dodge Durango passenger climate zone was out of service. After diagnosing it and noting that it was intermittent, it was concluded that this part was fractured. Removal is easy, installation is the same. It took about 15 minutes in total. The dealership charged $1,100 for diagnosis and repair. If you are mechanically and tech savvy, I highly recommend fixing it yourself and saving yourself a ton of money. Works as expected and

Perfect fit, same as OEM part. Ideally, I'd like to be able to buy one unit instead of a pair, but the price for two was OEM. Installation is quite tricky, but that has to do with the location on the dash, not the part itself.

The part worked. Doesn't fit like a factory. I thought they sent me the wrong part. One reviewer noted that the engine must be running for the part to fit. So true. As soon as I turned on this motor, it fell into place. I also suggest not tightening the bolts until the motor has put the gearbox in position. That rear screw is a problem, so be prepared for that. But it works and I have heat again!
