Just do it well for the oil drain plug

For a few bucks just replace this when you change your oil. You know these quick oil change garages don't do that. but why risk a flattened disk leak?

Pros
  • It's ok!

Do Not Buy!: Engines and Engine Parts

I don't know who says which part goes with which car but they have looked after every part I have bought for a 2002 Mini Cooper got, wrong, that doesn't generally fit. After wasting my time and money, just buy OEM at your local parts store and don't buy!

Pros
  • Very Good Value
Cons
  • Functionality

structural steel: engines and engine parts

car: Ram 2500 6.4. Fits on the oil pan and looks very close to the original. The only problem is that the steel is softer than the original bolt and started to round off when first installed. It's good for a quick fix, but I wouldn't trust this bolt for multiple oil changes. Just buy a genuine screw from an auto parts store and don't use Chinese steel.

Pros
  • few competitors
Cons
  • negative impression

Thread pitch uneven/soft steel

I have a 2002 MINI Cooper S. The product description says it fits and will fit my car. Along with the OEM oil plug, it doesn't fit and doesn't actually go in unless you apply force. The rubber piece is thinner than the OEM I had on a 130,000 mile car. I didn't want to risk it and didn't install it.

Pros
  • nice touch
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
