Dorman M630480 Brake Master Cylinder Review

My analysis of this brake master cylinder showed that it is unreliable and dangerous .i installed it in my performance car and the brakes failed during a high-speed run on the highway. I was lucky to escape without an accident. The only positive is that it is cheap, but that comes at a cost of safety. Avoid at all costs..

works perfectly so far. Easy to install on Spectra 2002. Loved the bleed plugs and the detailed bleed instructions. Didn't appreciate the extremely flimsy plastic wire holder clip to attach to the mount, so minus one star. I highly recommend a new and complete master cylinder block that comes with the reservoir. I do this job professionally and all the equipment I've installed, whether refurbished or new without a reservoir, always breaks down because brake fluid always leaks somewhere.
