This item arrived with a dead power supply. When trying to exchange it, I found that a return is not possible. Now we're turning to Revain to see if they fix this. Update: Revain fixed everything and refunded the money. They told me not to worry about sending it back when I decided to open the power supply and found that one of the wires had bad solder. The cable to the plug was not even connected.

I would give this product 0 stars if I could. The first outlet in my house I plugged it into was stuck. Looks like the piece of plastic that goes into the ground is stuck. When I tried to unplug it from my outlet, it buckled and the plastic that went into the bottom broke off on the inside. Now I have to completely replace the outlet. I will request a refund. DO NOT BUY.

Fantastic product! Super practical and everything seems to be well put together. The only suggestion I can do better is to sell a swivel mount so you can point the speaker left, right, or even up and down depending on where your plug is. My fork is on the left so it's optimal, I wish it was a bit further to the right, but it's definitely better than the Google Home Mini without pointing it at the ceiling :-) Thanks for making the Google Home Mini even better make!

Mine was broken and couldn't power my Google Home Mini with the cable that came with it. Also, the speaker clip is poorly designed as it is not easy to remove after the speaker is attached. The clamps give your speaker a secure hold and it takes a screwdriver to pry it out. It's a shame because I liked the concept and the sleek design, but my experience wasn't very good. Easy to install although no installation instructions were included. I wish there was a way to rotate it 90 degrees left and/or right to get out of the way when plugged into a 3 or 6 output splitter. I received a wall mount but nothing happened the first time I plugged it in. I finally found out it was a USB cable when I tried a different cable (luckily I had an extra one that fit in that tiny slot) and my Google Home Mini came alive when I plugged it in! I love this thing. In fact, I'm buying a second one here to place in my bathroom next to the sink. The use case for this item is unique only because it is not a good choice for most rooms with floor outlets. But for kitchens, bathrooms etc where the outlet is above the countertop this is ideal. This is my first review of this product. It will be checked after receiving a replacement. Therein lies the problem. The design of this product was fantastic. Replace the long cable provided by Google with a dongle that plugs into the Home Mini and power bank. There's only one problem. The power supply is not supplying power.
