This is a quality cartridge. It's big and holds a lot of ink, which is good for our busy family printer. This seller's information was very helpful as there is nothing worse than buying an ink cartridge that is not compatible with your particular printer. The product arrived quickly. Everything printed with this cartridge is too blurry to read. I ran all printer diagnostics, aligned, cleaned, etc. Nothing helped. I took it out and replaced it with a new HP cartridge and everything printed beautifully. This purchase was a waste of money. Edited to add: I just received an email from a seller offering me $25 to remove this review. I will not do this.

I haven't printed too much so far, but it works. I still have some HP color cartridges left. I will probably try this brand for a color cartridge next time.

The printer recognized it immediately and the ink is nice and dark. But the computer operator got angry and, in desperation, pressed the print button several times. Now, every time I turn on the computer, the printer prints a 17-page booklet. It's now printing for the 6th time as I can't figure out how to cancel the printer. Thing is, each copy is still clean and crisp, but it looks like I'll need another one soon.

We buy these cartridges because they work just as well as genuine Hewlitt Packard cartridges. Will continue to buy them as the price can't be beat.

I've had bad luck with other brands of ink in the past but this ink is great. They appear darker than the HP inks, were cheaper and were available 2 weeks faster.

This didn't work on my HP printer which is on the compatibility list. Tried to print, no black ink. Take it out and try again and still not print black. Used HP cartridge, prints without problems. i will return it
