We use them every day in the summer when we have fun at the pool and everyone who comes here asks where we found these cups. In the bright summer sun, they keep the drink ice cold for an hour or more. If you keep them in the shade you can keep refilling them for 2-3 hours before they lose their chilling factor. I bought a set or 4 last March (2019). Lasted until August. Everything cracked and the gel material inside collapsed and fell to the ground leaving only the ground frozen. The cracking gives off an odor that makes any drink undrinkable. I bought another set of 4 to replace the ones I had thrown away and two or three months later the same thing happens again. This is the first time I have rated 5 stars but it should be 1 star at best. it's good for a while if it still works but becomes unusable.

I've had this mug for about a year, I used it last summer and this summer started strong with the mug. I think it does a good job of pouring cold liquid in and keeping it cold.
