Received a month ago. Used it for the first time today to solder my personal HVAC plumbing kit with Staybrite 8. The torch did not ignite, tried many times, the pizo igniter does not work. I've tried lighting the tip many times with matches, a piezo grill lighter, and a lighter/lighter to no avail. Tried various new cylinders, propane and mapping gas to no avail.
