Description of Dougs Headers D440 R 4 Tube Exhaust

Thick flanges (3/8 inch to 5/8 inch) with no warping. CNC mandrel bent tubes for an accurate fit and a better flow. Precision formed long transition collectors that reduces backpressure. Heavy gauge tubing (16 and 14G) for longer life. Header tubes are pre-polished for a better appearance.

The fit and the sound are just amazing.

Fit and sound are amazing. adjusted to 499cu. A Mopar B-block with Bulldog heads and a solid barrel in the .600 range on a 93 pump made 680 horsepower. from first time to setup.
