One of the gas stations was almost empty. Everything spilled in the bag and it was a mess. The only way to get a replacement is to send it back... yes, a mess and agony to deal with. If it arrives the way it should - easy 5⭐️

Like many people, I wash my hands more often. I was drawn to this product because of the Dove name. But the pouches are small to refill and the soap got stuck in my dispenser.

Hard to get this stock glad this seller still has it. The soap is very gentle and leaves no odor which is great for my allergies.

Bought this item twice. The first time the soap was creamy, opaque and very light pink (red?) in color. The second time it was rainbow colored, white and not as creamy. Not sure which one is less fake because I bought Dove's hand soap from Target and it's basically the same color and consistency as the body wash. It's moisturizing but I have no idea what I'm using.

Definitely not worth two refills. The soap does not have the color and smell of the product in the soap dish. I won't buy this again.

This has been my favorite soap for many years, I don't use any other. I was very happy when I found the replacement packs, but then I noticed a difference in the colour, texture and smell of the liquids when comparing two bottles of the same soap. upset.

Dove Beauty Cream Hand wash lathers well but has a very strong perfume smell and unfortunately my skin (very sensitive skin) ended up with a big red rash. Hands that have become very dry and irritated. This may not be the case for everyone. So if you don't have sensitive skin and don't like harsh scents, this might be perfect for you. Even 16.9 oz doesn't go far, I'd recommend Dove Hand Wash For Clean & Softer Hands Deep Moisture Cleanser 34 oz 3 Count instead (you get more bang for your buck).

The replacement contains the same product as the original. If you liked the original and we liked it, then you'll like the refill.
