🧼 Dove Caring Hand Wash, Shea Butter, 250ml/8.45oz (Pack of 6) - Nourishing and Gentle Hand Cleanser Review

The product itself was fine but I ordered six and three pumps broke upon delivery and nearly all three bottles were emptied into the plastic sleeve they were wrapped in. The box is a huge mess and a waste of product. It surpassed every other item I had ordered that was also in the box a really big disappointment. The pumps look cheap so I'm not sure if the shipping was particularly bad or if the product just doesn't deliver well. At least everything I ordered smelled good and all the boxes next

I love this product. Would recommend to anyone with sensitive skin or dry cracked hands. I am a personal care assistant, which means I work with sick and immunocompromised people. I also live with 3 immunocompromised adults. I always washed my hands a lot. They dried, tore, and bled. Since COVID started I have had to wash my hands more frequently and use hand sanitizer. This is the second time I am displaying this item for the first time. About 2 weeks ago I received an order and one of the bottles was leaking out of the box. I made an exchange and ordered again and this package had the same problem, there was soap everywhere, the bottle was empty. I tried to return it but the UPS store was closed. Guess I'll just leave this bag there as I've run out of hand soap. I'm not happy at all.

I've been trying to save money by using dish soap instead of hand soap, and with the pandemic I've washed my hands a lot more often and for longer. I didn't get so much a rash as I got red spots on the backs of my hands that looked awful and I wondered if the soap was the problem. I went gentler with my hand cream (CeraVe) and switched to what I think is the best gentle soap and bought Dove hand soap. Since then everything has gotten better. Apparently Dove knows how to make great hand soap. The Dove Caring Shea Butter Hand Wash feels nice on the skin and has a pleasant scent, although it differs from the mild shea butter soap I've purchased before. It smells like incense in my nose. Different than expected, but still very nice. Because the listing was so vague as to whether it contained shea butter or just fragrance, I was hesitant to buy it at first, but it's listed right on the back of the pump along with the other ingredients…
