The shears are very pretty, but came unsharpened and wouldn’t even close all the way. After doing my best to adjust the tension, they do close, but they catch the hair and don’t cut at all, and are extremely stiff. I really expected to be able to use these shears immediately because I’ve ordered several pairs of shears from amazon that have worked very well on arrival. I’m gonna have to send them into a sharpener before they can be used properly. Very disappointed.
