Downy Fresh Protect Febreze Wash Review

I LOVE this scent. Pink is the best! And I was SO SO happy to see that the unreasonably large plastic bottle that bothered me so much turned out to be plastic #1! It's the same plastic as the water bottles my private trash company actually accepts. It is recyclable in the US. I think all plastic packaging should consist of 1 or 2 plastics that we recycle here. Well done for being responsible, Downey!

These little pearls have completely transformed my underwear. My clothes smell much fresher and cleaner since wearing them. Once I even threw dirty clothes and some beads in the washing machine, forgot to start the laundry, and had to get my shirt out to run down the street. I got two compliments on how delicious I smelled just thanks to these balloons! I can't stress enough how much better your clothes will smell and you don't have to use a ton!

I really wanted to love Downy Fresh Protect but it's just not a very good product. It smells nice in a container but doesn't hold up in the dryer like Dreft Pearls - I don't have kids but I love the scent (drafts make my underwear smell a bit like gum or cotton candy, mmmm) or Suavitel. fragrance enhancer, wildflowers. The keg is a bit more expensive and Suavital has always been harder to find, so I decided to try Downy Fresh Protect with Febreze. Unfortunately I can't say he made anything…
