Dr Martens Orson Loafer Brown Men's Shoes for Loafers & Slip-Ons Review

First, I love most of Dr. Marten. With the exception of the cheapest models, they wear very well and are quite comfortable. Unfortunately, with the switch to production in Vietnam, there was a loss of quality. In the last 3 weeks I have ordered 3 pairs of Orson loafers and Boyle loafers in a similar size 10. These are very nice shoes. I was very happy at first but I work in a restaurant 5 days a week and the shoes only lasted 3 months before breaking. I know a lot of wear and tear will damage your non-slip shoes, but I was expecting a little more durability. I would only recommend buying this shoe if you have little to no contact with wet floors/chemicals.

Great shoes. Very convenient. My only suggestion is to wear thick socks the first time you wear them to avoid heel blisters. Once hacked, they turn into gold. You get what you pay for. You will not be disappointed.

Fits snugly to the foot during menstruation. I've just gotten into really comfortable everyday clothes, and one shoe had a buckled heel. Just 13 weeks after buying the shoes. I bought $20 shoes that lasted longer than these. Really disappointed with the finish and lack of quality for a once great brand. Check out Solovair or Naot for well made shoes.

Not recommended for kitchen use. Any non-slip elements that you have when you first wear the shoe will disappear within a few weeks of work. It's also not very convenient.

A good 80 hours of running and they are still not worn out. The leg opening is too small and does not bend. Comfortable for the arch of the foot but I would not recommend this shoe.

I'm not sure what's going on at Doc Marten these days, but their shoes seem to have gotten smaller. Maybe it's a third party. Anyway, they came back and were replaced with a US size 10. I wear a size 9 but it's only been 45 years so I'm pretty sure it's me. No.

What's up with Dr. Martens happened! I wear dr. Martens have been around for decades and lately the same size shoes I swim in and some of them are very tight. One pair of soles cracks and falls off while the other pair holds up like old Dr. martens for another brand that is consistent quality. It is very sad that this quality brand is so fickle and is no longer a quality shoe.

The shoes were comfortable but the soles didn't last. After 2 months of normal wear, the sole of the shoe has cracked and degraded. I expected much more from Doc Martin shoes.

I suspect that by canceling the Martens lifetime warranty they have canceled the world renowned quality. I bought them in October 2021 and now there is a crack in the sole. They may have even lasted less as I only noticed because it was raining and I felt my left boot pinch. I work from home and wear them most of the time when I walk my dog or go shopping. My first pair of papers and they're pretty disappointing. The website says 5 to 20 years, I think my mileage may vary.

As previously mentioned, the quality seems to have improved from previous legendary Dr. Martens, but the price is definitely a lot lower here. They're still comfortable and I'll mainly be wearing them indoors, so they fit me perfectly.

These shoes were amazing. But Best Buy shipped the wrong size and there was no replacement for the correct size. The Best Buy rep I spoke to did little to alleviate the situation.

I already had Doc Martens shoes and they fit as expected. The sole is soft and the fit will improve over time. I ordered them a little small, but they are made with time.

These are the best shoes you will ever make. Why aren't they produced anymore? They no longer miss idlers and whoever made that choice should be demoted. If you made her pumps/heels I would buy her shipping box. Make those shoes again. Please.

I bought these shoes for my husband. He bought brown Doc Marten sneakers at the store and really liked them. When I saw them at Best Buy I mentioned it. He immediately asked if they came in black and then ordered them. I did and he has worn them several times since. He says he loves these shoes - the most comfortable he's ever had.

Comfortable, wide toe box, medium arch support, solid rubber outsole. Genuine leather slip-on shoes with light. Durable for work and mild winters (light snow and ice).

Great shoes but sometimes hard to find. I love what I like and change the order every year. The quality is excellent. I'm a registered nurse and I work 50+ hours a week which is more convenient than anything else.

Fits perfectly down to the last centimetre. Doc Martin produces quality products as expected, the building materials are fantastic. I had many pairs of martens. The only thing is that they are expensive and that leads to you getting what you pay for.

I usually wear a 11.5/12 US, I used to buy a size 12 and they were too big for me. Size 11 is the right size for this brand. Otherwise the shoes look fantastic and are great value for money in my opinion.

Bought these for my son in law to wear for his first homework assignment and they are great, very comfortable and durable. His feet wear out with these shoes!
