The ink is good but not the color I expected. This is a very light, rich pink/purple shade. When diluted with water, it turns pink, like chewing gum.

This product can be used as an opaque ink or as a clear fill depending on how much water you mix it with. It works like watercolor paint but becomes waterproof once dry, so you can add layers without worrying about what's underneath. i love this stuff Here's an example of how I used it.

It doesn't work like traditional ink, so the name ink is misleading. It is transparent and the color is not very light. It dries quickly but is not waterproof as advertised. I couldn't put any other color on it as it soaked up the red and smeared it. Not sure I will continue to use this, glad I only bought one color and not a 6 color set.
