It's awful how much this thing takes. It works SO well. Much better than plastic scrapers. Don't press too hard, just let the scraper do its job.

It works incredibly well. It's easy to hold with one or two hands. I use it about once a day and the first touch usually produces mucus. After that it seems like it's just saliva - I think if it just slides off then it's saliva, if it sticks then it's mucus. And since it is 3 packs, you can give it to your family.

I learned about using the tongue cleaner in India where it has become a daily habit. I have learned that tongue cleaning is important to remove toxins and harmful bacteria from the tongue. It also helps with bad breath. Metal based cleaning products are used in India and finding an equivalent in the US has not been easy. I find that plastic based cleaners are not that effective. They have smooth edges so they are comfortable on the tongue.
