DRAGONN Alkaline Pitcher Cartridge Replacement Kitchen & Dining Review

I've been using these filters for a year now and testing them with an electronic pH meter which assures me the water is alkaline. Depending on how much water you run through, they can last quite a while. I change every 3-4 months. It turns out to be a lot cheaper than buying 5 gallon jugs at $15 each. Customer service is great too, they replaced my broken one with no problem :)

Had a few months. The best product I've bought from Amazon so far. Just so everyone knows, my husband and I buy a few things a week. The water is sparkling and tastes great. I only drink water so that's a huge statement. This saved me so much money. I would buy water for $20 a week. Now I pay $13 every 2 months.

I swear my water tastes CLEAN with this filter and my guests comment on how crystal clear my water looks when I bring them a glass. You can see that they are enjoying a glass of water when they look at the requested glass of water and satisfactorily quench their thirst (haha). The benefit of this filter is that it balances/improves your body's PH balance.

The replacement filter actually filters water faster than the original filter that came with the jug. My husband and I probably drink a gallon of alkaline water each day, so time is of the essence. We love drinking this water so I will continue to use the pitcher and purchase replacement filters. It's definitely better than ordering gallons of water online and paying for shipping.

I used to buy filters from other brands and never realized that they aren't dragons. This time I bought them on purpose and I can't believe it but they are terrible. I use two jugs at a time so they're always full. Both keep getting clogged and I have to click them to start filtering again, so I always find them both half full. So frustrating I paid more to get less.

I'm sorry to give a negative review but I'm over these filters. I bought a pitcher and filter a few months ago and the first filter didn't filter the water. The company sent me a new one for free and that was better. I ordered a replacement filter and like the first one it doesn't filter. I'm so tired of banging it on the counter, squeezing it and soaking it, but it doesn't work. I like a real mug but unfortunately I'll be looking for something completely different because I'm just sick of it.…

My tap water has always tasted very good to me. Then my daughter sent me a Dragonn water jug for my birthday and I tried it and found that my water now tastes sweeter/cleaner after filtering through the Dragonn filter in the jug. I did a "taste test" and felt the chlorine in the tap water and it went away when I used a jug of filtered water. I've never noticed the taste of chlorine.
