Review on DRAGONN Alkaline Pitcher Cartridge Replacement Kitchen & Dining by Nicole Muhammad

I'm sorry to give a negative review but I'm over these filters. I bought a pitcher and filter a few months ago and the first filter didn't filter the water. The company sent me a new one for free and that was better. I ordered a replacement filter and like the first one it doesn't filter. I'm so tired of banging it on the counter, squeezing it and soaking it, but it doesn't work. I like a real mug but unfortunately I'll be looking for something completely different because I'm just sick of it. :(
