My tap water has always tasted very good to me. Then my daughter sent me a Dragonn water jug for my birthday and I tried it and found that my water now tastes sweeter/cleaner after filtering through the Dragonn filter in the jug. I did a "taste test" and felt the chlorine in the tap water and it went away when I used a jug of filtered water. I've never noticed the taste of chlorine. I bought a water tester and my filtered water has a PH of 8.4 while my tap water has a PH of 7.2. I used test strips. I found that filters can filter about 40 gallons of water and I calculated how much water I drink each day and found I could wait about 75 days before needing to change the filter. I also use my sense of smell and taste to determine when to change the filter. I am very happy.
