We love it but more importantly my kid loves it. He's in space and all, and that completes his room. I didn't find it rude at all as others have considered. It may not be as soft as our own blanket, but it's hardly as hard rough a blanket as I once bought. The two-sided side is dotted stars, which is cool, but he prefers planets. He likes to have the fake on the side with the stars for a good contrast.

I washed the sheets before putting them on the bed for the first time and when I tried to put the sheet on the mattress it broke. Now the "fitted sheet" lies loosely and not tightly against the mattress. I found it a little tight stretching it out on the mattress, but never thought it wouldn't be big enough to fit inside. I can't say anything about the durability or comfort of the set yet, but so far I'm very disappointed with the product.

This set is great. However, the fake is not the same as in the photo. The fake is just a solid fleet with the stars of the space scene and not planets and satellites. So it was disappointing but not enough for me to return it. Planets and moons are also more yellow than orange. I was hoping to paint the boy's room orange, but now I have to go the more yellow route to match the bedding. Bought for my guest room which my 4 year old grandson uses. He loves everything related to space, aviation, etc. I am very happy with this ensemble, especially since the bedding is 60% cotton. It's amazing. Excellent bright colors. No, it's not soft and comfortable. At night, however, we use a different blanket for this. It may get softer after a few washes, but I'm not worried about that. I bought two of these for my twins. The bedding is great value for money and the colors look much better in person. I normally only buy cotton sheets as I prefer softness but again for the price it was a great deal. Everything arrived in perfect condition but I had to wash everything immediately as all the linens had a strong chemical smell. After washing, everything is a bit soft and the smell is completely gone, the bed linen still feels like it is made of 100% polyester with no cotton added.
