This was given to my son on Saturday and I already set up a return on Tuesday. I spent over 5 minutes connecting both controllers at the same time. This PS3/PS4 dual controller charger is by far the worst design. Don't buy them. First, it's almost impossible to plug the controllers into the charger together. They made the micro-USB connector plug, the part that plugs into each controller, at least twice as long as a regular micro-USB. Because of this, they are fragile. That fragility alone might have been fine if the design hadn't suffered such a major flaw. The controllers should be plugged into these double length USB pins and nothing…

Received this charger last night and am very disappointed. This is the worst possible design. The charger can hold two PS4 controllers, but installing the controllers on the device without damaging or damaging the charging port on the PS4 controller is nearly impossible and I have an engineering background.
