I have a 7 year old and she wore this size that I ordered. Definitely narrow under the arms and chest and long. She is 3"11 and 55 pounds

This is the seventh maxi dress I've ordered. Everything from one manufacturer. This one was too short. I am very unsatisfied with this dress. It is 3 inches shorter than other models of the same size.

My daughter just loves this dress. It looks great on her. It is 95% cotton + 5% spandex. Therefore, it is comfortable and elastic at the same time. The only problem I have is that it is very thin. I need to remind her to have something underneath her. I usually ask them to have blouses and leggings. I definitely hope that the material is a bit thicker.

This was a Christmas present for my granddaughter and she hasn't received it yet but the quality looks good and shipping was fast. I'll give another review after installation.

Beautiful simple black dress with pockets. Perfect fit for my 8 year old goddaughter. A kid walks through the Disney villains' stage and says their new favorite color is black. So I took a break from my usual pink, purple and pastel colors and bought her this dress. Size 3/4 sleeves look great for fall and the length is perfect. The hem reminds me of the hem of many women's dresses, rounded and extended at the front and back. Cute, simple and easy.

My 7 year old daughter complained that the sleeves were tight on her arms so she didn't want to wear them. Everything else fits perfectly, including the length. The colors are bright and the design is cute with vibrant colors.

It's short (midi length) but still fairly loose around her waist. For reference, she is almost 8.47 inches tall and weighs 50 pounds and regularly wears size 5 regular pants or size 6 skinny pants that fit her waist. Overall it's still a great dress and she loves it.

This is really a beautiful dress. I got it for my niece and she loves it. Love the colors, the 3/4 sleeves, the pattern, the length of the dress, no loose threads and well tailored. I also like the material it's made of. It's stretchy so it moves with her as she moves. This is the best because she is always running and doing something!

Everything about this dress online looks very cute, unfortunately the sizing is so absurd that even my 9 year old daughter couldn't fit in the 12-13 year old maxi dress I ordered for her older sister. The patterns are nice but the fabric is thin and doesn't stretch and the sleeves are very tight. Also, my 9 year old is mid-calf in a size 12-13, so it's not a 'maxi'. I am really disappointed.

I got it for my 10 year old daughter. It's exceptionally thin. She won't be able to wear it until spring. I also think she might need to wear leggings because the pale pink color is a bit see-through. She was shorter than I expected - just above the knee (she is small for her age). In general, everything is fine, but it seems very cheap and flimsy.
