The product is definitely worth the money. I've had this product for about 2 years and eventually had to replace it. The only reason I had to replace it was because the wire at the end where the rotary tool connects was shorted out. If only they could find a way to improve the cable while keeping the price the same. This product will continue to push.

Weak even for small jobs. The buffer pads are ineffective and the drills won't even go through a small stone or crystal. I had been looking forward to using it for smaller jewelry projects, but now it's clear I should have invested more in a better portable rotary tool. I actually damaged one of my favorite crystal pendants because of that crappy tool.

Everything that goes with it. So yes, it's complete and more or less as advertised. But when you use this tool alongside other hardware store rotary tools, the difference in reliability, quality and performance couldn't be clearer. I figured you could get 80% performance and durability for half the price and that would be great.
