Rain on the bumper is annoying. while this.

Rain on the bumper causes irritation. Until it just didn't work anymore. The cables are really short when installed in f150.

Pros
  • Car rear view cameras
Cons
  • Minor problems

Functional backup sensors

Works well. I installed it professionally on my Volvo XC90. It got expensive since they removed the bumper to install it, but it looks and works well.

Pros
  • Vehicle safety
Cons
  • The list will be long.

You get what you pay for.

Installation was fairly easy, but the sensors won't work until something the size of a person stands 3-4 feet or so. 32 degrees or so, the alarm keeps sounding when reversing. I would take them off but then I would have 4 holes in the bumper. Maybe just switch off the alarm clock until it gets warmer again.

Pros
  • Automotive Electronics
Cons
  • Zero

Would give zero stars if possible

- broken out of the box - regularly squeaks when nobody is behind the car. - The sensors are not adjustable at all, neither in angle nor in sensitivity. I have an externally hung spare and the sensors catch it and turn off the sound as they have a very wide field of sensitivity. At the end of the bumper I have a plastic license plate frame on one side, which also triggers the sensor. If you tilt the sensors slightly towards the ground to avoid detecting a tire or license plate frame, they turn…

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
