I bought this as a universal measuring tool. I plan to use it for sewing as well as general body measurements for dress sizing and general health. I also used this to measure my dog to make sure the new collar and harness fit me. The roulette is flexible and durable. The numbers and markings are large and clear, they appear to be sewn into the tape so they are unlikely to be erased even if they rub the surface.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Here's why: the band starts at around 1.5mm, not zero. on both ends - the metal tips are not attached directly to the tape - the color is very uneven and not clear - no I'm not blind it's all stained - on the back of the package (something they aren't visible in the picture ) it has a warning about lead . - costs 6 dollars! for this disgusting quality.

This is a long tape measure (10 feet). I bought it to measure long items (tables, chairs etc) as I am trying to resell some items and needed accurate measurements to write my listings. It feels sturdier and wider than other roulettes, and the numbers are big and easy to read. Overall it's perfect for my needs (still a house full of things to measure and check!). I'm also a serious exerciser and have found it very useful to measure my body.

I love this tape measure. I have this to track my weight loss (no I don't need all 120 inches thanks a lot). I wanted it to serve a dual purpose in addition to measuring my colon.
