I'll admit it doesn't look good and it's cheap but WOW what a handy tool! I find myself reaching for it quite often to bang on the corners of my pockets etc. However, this is invaluable to the little girl I am teaching to sew. She's only nine years old and she's very small and I still don't like it when she uses a steam iron. I'll end up buying her a mini iron, but so far she's been using it a lot! Gently rub the seams with this before and after you see that you've actually pressed the seams…

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • No instructions

Use it every day for lots of little things that make life easier.

This is an arrow-shaped device and a float for those times when you can just push something lightly and can't iron a small spot. It can be used to simply grab the end of a tie just stuck in the fabric and I've even used it to grab the threads of my serger when I took the thread from the lower looper and removed the tweezers but it came out. It's one of those things you thought you didn't need, but it would be nice if you could find a million uses in a sewing and craft workshop. I even used it…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors are here

Great for getting good viewing angles on small projects

I've always found these things a bit pointless. When flipping most projects, I just used chopsticks to tidy up the corners. It worked fine until I started making bowl covers. I suddenly found myself with tiny corners that didn't want to turn right. The handles protruded through the fabric. The chopsticks were too big. Nothing seemed quite right. So I ordered that. (We don't have craft or fabric stores where I live, so buy most of your stuff online.) In short, this little turner did a great job.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Damaged
