🧵 Dritz Serger Needle Threader in Blue: Efficient Thread Guide for Perfect Stitching Review

My husband has had one of these for years to clean carburetors (off label I know). He didn't even know his purpose! My husband bent the tip of his needle threader into a hook so I can remove the thread that broke in my embroidery machine without giving it to the seller. I ordered him a new one to give to clean the carburetor.

There are no instructions or videos on how to use this product. I contacted Dritz and was given instructions on how to use it to thread serger loopers. I don't need help threading the loopers, and the part is called the overlock needle needle threader, not needle threader. I contacted them again today and am still hoping for some info on needle threading. If I am satisfied I will adjust my rating accordingly but as of now this product is misleadingly advertised.

That's not what you should describe for overlockers, at least not if I'm a complete idiot and just don't get it. To use it to thread anything onto an overlock machine or any other needle, you have to thread from the back to pull out the needle you bring with you once it's inserted into the hole like any needle threader, and it's almost impossible to do that once you know the position of the Grippers know rear slot.
