When I opened the package, 3 needles out of 7 were broken. Disappointing for "heavy" needles. Needs to be made better and/or packaged differently (was bubble wrapped with another item). I managed to bend the rest, so I propose to improve the quality of the product and change the advertising.

I had a similar set many years ago and used it to sew peg loops back onto my tent. I needed something I could grab with pliers to pull the needle through the heavy fabric. Bought these as a replacement for the heavy sewing of men's clothing, bags, etc. outdoors. For example, with this kit you get different shapes and sizes. I also had to buy one for my wife who saw mine and craved it. She wanted him to put her keys back on. Curved needles were needed to get into the pouf and be able to pull it…

I had to repair a poorly accessible seam on a sofa. The good news is that these days it's easy to get very detailed instructions on how to do the job yourself and what tools to buy.
