Easy to hold for sewing supplies and accessories

I hate that sometimes I need a seam ripper but since I need it this is the best! Especially for those of us whose hands don't hold as well as they used to.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Big and bulky

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this ripper

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this ripper. The small blade is ideal for small stitches and the ergonomic handle is very comfortable. The first was given to me. I accidentally broke it and couldn't find another that felt and worked the same, so I bought the exact same one. And I would do it again if I broke/lost my current one.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • A newer model could have been selected

Safety ball missing

The only issue I had with this product was that the shorter needle was missing a small fabric safety ball so I had to hold it a little differently to avoid my handkerchief to get stuck . Otherwise I like it. It's not that small to hold, and if I have to rip a seam, the only gripe I have is because I have to redo a seam, not because I'm struggling with a tiny seam ripper.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

Not for the impatient

I was very excited when I first received it because it feels so good in my hand and the texture is nice to the touch. The blade is thin and sharp, making it easy to penetrate between seams and easily cut threads. However, I only bought this because I lost my old one which was small and a bit cumbersome, but I've had it for decades and inherited it from my mother who had it for who knows how long. I've only made a few projects over the years, but when I made them I was very crude with this…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • I don't remember
