Dritz is Dritz - the quality and strength are amazing. After trying several snaps for home use, these are the best. Washing is also good, no corrosion, no stains on the fabric.

This item is used for wallet clasps and works great! I can't say enough about how easy they work and they are quiet compared to the noisy velcro.

I originally bought these to attach the lid to the Bath & Body Works box which I turned inside out and fitted with slots and a dowel rod to hold all my pads and remove easily and cleanly . , but it was easy to open. I quickly realized that there were many more uses for these fasteners: a sturdy shopping bag with a broken zipper, a plastic wallet for banknotes that lost its elastic. So easy to install and the magnets are very strong!

So I bought an awful Dritz "new" designer thing that looks like a blue alligator mouth and you spank it, it's awful in every way, let alone expensive. So bad that I complained to the company and told Joannes' co-worker that they had to stop wearing them. So at that time I was only left with sewing by hand.
