I've worn military style belts for many years, the ones with a fabric belt and metal buckle. The buckles wear out on the belt over time and it starts to wear out and then it's time for a new belt. Also, because of the metal buckles, I always have to remove my belt when checking in at an airline's TSA. This plastic ribbon belt looked interesting enough to try.
