I received candles with a remote control that didn't work. I contacted the customer service email address that is included in the kit. They responded very quickly and replaced the remote control. The new remote works and the candles are beautiful.

for a wedding. We're allowed real candles due to the fire hazard, so this was a great option. I ordered 2 boxes and everything works. Shimmer is a nice touch. I wrapped each candle with lace and transparent ribbon to decorate. very satisfied with the product.

Live with these suckers. They are bright and the remote works with both packs I bought. I bought them for Christmas decoration and I am very surprised by the build quality, brightness and price. The flickering is not to be confused with the flickering of a real candle, but it's pleasant nonetheless (yes, it's Hogwarts-style Christmas).

Love the light just wish it worked as described. The timer function doesn't work at all so battery life is reduced as they stay on. So I'm disappointed, would send it back, but my display doesn't light up at all. The manufacturer claims that it is available 24 hours a day, which is not true. I can't contact them at all. i need my money back

Update, I heard from the company. They said the batteries will die if you don't turn off the candles after use. This seems to defeat the purpose of a remote when I have to get up and turn off each candle. But I was offered to send batteries. Bought in April. Since then they've been used twice, maybe an hour at a time. The batteries are already empty. Terrible value for money. Do not buy!

These headlights are perfect. So perfect that I immediately ordered more. The remote control works at a distance of up to 20 feet when there is no signal interference. Once switched on, the lights flicker like a real tea light. I like them so much I'm considering sending them to my sister-in-law. When I find a great product, I like to share it!
