Great alternative from Google Docs and Word

The most useful thing about this product is that it simplifies storing data at any time of day or night. It lets me work while I sleep! No more forgetting to save my documents before going home for the evening. This allows me to stay organized all day long without getting distracted by other tasks. Sometimes using dropbox requires some extra steps in order to sync with our CPIs properly. Sometimes we get errors stating "Dropbox cannot be reached". But once fixed, everything works perfectly…

  • Very easy interface
  • Great customer service team
  • Ease of access from anywhere (home/office)
  • Easy way keep track files stored locally vs remotely via cloud storage services like Google drive etc.
  • Secure file sharing across multiple platforms within same organization

  • Mostly okay, but...

Easy and user friendly for easy file sharing

The ease of use is one factor that I like about this application- very simple to navigate through as well! It’s not something which has been around too long but it doesn't have many bugs at present either so we're fairly happy where things are currently sitting - nothing major comes immediately into mind though would be nice if there was an option within dropbox itself or more options from drop box integration could come soon rather than having 2 separate applications running (and syncing). We

  • It is sometimes a struggle to find documents/emails etc sometimes when saving data they do go missing
