Excellent value for money

Excellent purchase. I installed this in my 2007 F150 (I already had the wiring and mounting kit) and while this radio is an improvement over the twin unit I previously had in the truck, it works better - the phone mic works better too. . This dynamite is a great radio for the money.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Hard to say

Didn't work on arrival.

The device installs without problems, turns on correctly, but there is no sound from the connected speakers. After 5 hours of troubleshooting and testing the speakers with another unit I have decided that the amp should be ditched in this new unit. Revain won't allow me to return it because I ordered it over 60 days ago.

  • Pleasant
Cons
  • No performance

That's great! Also light blue.

This head unit is without a doubt absolutely great for its price. Pros: - Great sound through standard car radio system - Fast and reliable Bluetooth connection - Easy to install and use - Sturdy buttons and USB port flap Cons: - No CD player - LEDs are too bright and cannot be dimmed. For 20€ it is too expensive.

very annoying. Suitable for Car Audio

Bluetooth only connects once. When you want to use it next time, nothing will be connected. Tried several times and several phones, the display says there is no bluetooth. You must turn off the radio to reset it. Then the Bluetooth works again only for the first time, the instructions say nothing about it. It also uses the same frequency as my Samsung TV remote. Every time I turn on the TV in the van, the radio also turns on, which is very annoying.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Something is wrong

Bluetooth saves. FM reception is terrible.

The worst reception imaginable for FM stereo. Absolute rubbish. I would return the thing if it wasn't so difficult to install and if it didn't have bluetooth to use it. I just play Pandora or tune in to the radio from my phone. Luckily it's in a work car, I don't drive very far using it. It literally tunes the wrong way to some of the strongest stations in town and I'm 2 miles from downtown. Insanely bad. It must be broken. Nobody would do it if all units were that bad.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

How to set the clock

The instructions on how to set the clock in the brochure are incorrect. Instead of adjusting the time with TUNE UP and TUNE DOWN, you should use the volume control instead. The USB function is practically useless, at least for the iPod. I mean, who carries around USB sticks with music files on them anymore? You can still charge your iPod using the Dual's USB port, but to play music from it you'll need to connect the headphone jack to the Dual's AUX input. If there is a big difference in volume…

Installed on my 2000 Pontiac Grand Am

This is my first car stereo installation, it was very easy. I had to go to Auto Zone to buy a $13 mounting kit, but that was to be expected. Installation was very easy. First I tried crimping the wires which I had never done before and couldn't figure out how to do it so I refused to crimp. I ended up simply coiling the appropriate cables from my installation kit onto the cables that came with this stereo and that was it. I'll have to use duct tape on them in the future to save myself a…
