The grip is satisfactory at best, which makes me wonder why it takes superhuman strength to pull tape off a roll. This requires so much tension that the band actually stretches and wobbles and buckles (you can avoid this by pulling very slowly and carefully). And then it hardly sticks to what you stick it to. Wouldn't recommend it.

Maybe I'm just used to Gorilla Tape, but this Digital Camo Tape isn't very sticky. I had to make a Christmas present for my little nephews so it doesn't have to be the strongest band in the world but I wasn't impressed. In this case, the digital print was more important than the strength of the adhesive; but I would never use it for an important repair. I leave Gorilla Tape as my main tool.

I use tape to mark my kids school supplies as they can't share anything in class and I tape a gallon zip bag to make a school supplies bag. So the webbing looks like the picture and its thickness is about the same as a normal weft ribbon. I don't like that the tape doesn't cut cleanly due to the plastic wrap on the design. I've tried cutting and tearing with good quality scissors but none of them solved the problem.

The ACU pattern is brighter than you might expect, but like everything else, it fades over time. I still have a lot of digital ACU gear and use this tape quite often to secure things like belt ties, extra slack in the sling, etc. Also great for covering holes if you get caught on pants or a field jacket. Other than that, it's regular duct tape, and we all know thousands of uses for duct tape! The adhesion is very good and withstands daily use.
