I have ordered four packs of this duck (from Revain). In my experience, DUCK has been a reasonably reliable strapping seller (I use A LOT), but based on my experience with this incredibly cheap product, I will NEVER, EVER order from DUCK again. I now prefer the "TAPE KING" or "GRIZZLY" brands, which have previously offered transparent packaging tape of acceptable quality at generally reasonable prices (an important consideration for me given my high volume of use). I've used this tape recently and it's terrible. I thought I bought cheap packing tape from other manufacturers in China, but no, it's Duck Brand, which is usually good. He's awfully thin. I don't use a dispenser with it; I use my nails to find the beginning and I have a really hard time finding it on a roll. I just had to cut out the new starting point because it's very hard to find. The thinner the tape, the more noise it makes when pulled off the roll. And believe me, this tape is so loud…
