Description of πŸ”§ Dumble 6in Black RV Bathroom Fan Blade Replacement with 0.094in Round Bore - Camper Fan Blade Replacement for Dumble Fans

GOODBYE MOISTURE & SMELLS: Use the Dumble | 6-Inch Black RV Fan Blades Replacement with Round Bore 1-Pack to rid your RV or camper of lingering smells in the bathroom and built-up moisture. EASY TO INSTALL: Measure your fan shaft hole diameter and check to see if it is round or D-shaded bore (this replacement fan blade has a 2/25-inch / 2mm round bore); Determine the desired direction of airflow, carefully pull off the existing fan blades, apply a small amount of lubricant spray (or liquid soap) on the shaft and in the "hole" of the replacement fan blade, press the new replacement fan blade onto the motor shaft. COUNTER-CLOCKWISE ROTATION: This 6 inch fan blade rotates counter-clockwise; To determine the direction of spin on your existing fan, look down through the motor at the top of the blade; If these replacement fan blades rotate in the wrong direction, simply reverse the wires on the motor to change the direction the fan rotates. FITS YOUR RV: 6-inch (15.2cm) overall diameter (2-inch x 1.5-inch / 5.1cm x 3.8cm individual blades; 1.75-inch / 4.4cm diameter center bore plate); 2/25-inch (2mm) diameter center round bore hole that is compatible with Elixir, Heng's, Jensen (pre-1995 range hood), and Ventline (pre-1995) roof vents and range hoods or any 12 Volt motor with a 0.094-inch round-shaped shaft; If bore hole is smaller than motor shaft, carefully open the hole by slowly drilling out to fit the shaft in your motor. BUILT TO LAST: Constructed from durable plastic for maximum longevity that resists rust and corrosion; Black in color to match your existing fan cover.

Not 2mm as advertised. More like 2.3mm

The hole is too big so it will take a lot more effort when installing in a RV with a small spacer. Now a little hesitation. Can it last or not?

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Some problems

The hole is too big, fit it into the camper with a small spacer with more force. Now a little hesitation. Can it last or not?

Hole too big on camper parts and accessories

I've read some reviews that the hole is too big for the motor shaft but others say it fits. Unfortunately, the problem seems to be widespread. I've tried using strips of tape as spacers to hold the fan to the motor shaft, but that only lasts for a use or two. Do you really want to risk this product not working with your engine?

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Almost never

The hole size is out of specification. - Too big

Please check your quality control. Another blade with a hole too big. specifications. This said it had a 2/25 inch (0.08 inch) diameter hole that could be drilled if needed. It has a .100 bore and is too big for the .094" shaft on the fan motor. I think I'll have to glue it onto the shaft, which is preventing me from replacing it again. Now I have 3 blades too big and apparently the inscription on the hub is all made by a Chinese company.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Some problems
