This is the device that introduced me to the world of Kendama and for the price I recommend it to beginners. This is the perfect inexpensive gift or kendama for the first time. I promise if you enjoy challenging yourself, you will love it.

My son is 12 years old and loves this toy. He learned many trucks in a very short time. Absolutely amazing break from video games. I'm sure there are many other games/toys to keep our kids entertained but this is just one of them. Simple and accessible. ;)

This toy is difficult to make. If you watched the video and thought "wow that's easy, I could do that, I've played this latin ball and cup game and I'm good at it," think again that it's quite difficult. However, if you thought wow I could hit myself in the skull with a hard wooden ball or some other precious place, the name of another precious place under the control of the censors, then this toy is for you. Seriously, it's very difficult.
