Diverter not working properly

I've used diverter faucets before and this is probably the worst ever. The faucet works well but don't try to use a diverter as it will leak and spray water like crazy when connected to a shower head.

Looks good, uncomfortable diverter

We bought this faucet for our boat. It gives our head a modern look. It doesn't feel very durable as it's all plastic. We've had it for a little over a month and it works fine as a faucet. I would have preferred a separate exit as it's awkward to pull the hose around.

Good value for money

Good value for money. Looks nice. Very easy to install. Took me 10 minutes to pull out the old one and run this one. Great for a sailboat bathroom. Does what it should. Not sure how long that will take. Wait and watch. If it lasts a year or two I will buy it again.

Hope the second time will be a charm

I like the look of the faucet, that's why I bought it. It's very light but feels cheap if that makes sense. The part you see after installation looks fine, so it's ok. The first one I installed leaked internally so they sent me a replacement. I installed it with fingers crossed. One weird thing about it, and it happened on both, so I assumed it was inherent in the design, is that when you turn on the shower and either turn off the water to turn the switch off, or physically press the switch to…
