I bought these because the padding I bought for the back seat of my car doesn't fully cover the sides of the doors. My pup loves to climb on doors to look out the window and I didn't want my door panels to get dirty. So far they're holding up great. Doesn't look like she can hit them and they keep my car clean. They are a bit short and don't close the door completely (about 1-2 inches). So if you have a big car, you might want to look for something bigger.

I bought this because my 2 year old likes to kick his foot on the door and I don't want him constantly scratching it with his shoe. The material is durable and easy to clean and wash. The only problem is that the plastic tabs don't go deep enough into my door (that's how the door is made) and while it has adhesive strips, I agree with other reviewers when I say I don't want something taped to my door. Everything else is good and for the price you can't beat it.

The plastic slots are too thick to fit between the seals and the window. When lowering the window everything is fine, but when raising the window the plastic slots come out and the cover falls out. I ended up sticking the velcro to the door even though the car was brand new because I didn't want to damage my new sunglasses. The velcro adhesive sucks and didn't last long enough and also ripped off the cover leaving a gap as you can see in the picture. Needs a lot of work because it's a decent…
