Yes I read the reviews but as the ratings were so high I thought it was a good product. The first 2 letters are cut out to make you think everyone else is too. As one reviewer pointed out, this is not the case (I thought it was a coincidence). Not only is it annoying to push everyone else, some leave tears that need to be trimmed with a razor, and some can hurt if not careful. .And some of them have weak stems like the letter D and most of the numbers that can easily break. what chemicals are they sprayed with? Smells like fungicide. They absolutely stank in the room they were in, left sticky patches on my skin causing a rash and it took me three washes before I could get the stench and stickiness off my hands. I tried putting them in a plastic bag to stop the smell and the scent literally seeped into the plastic bag. It's a shame as they were very durable.

These stencils arrived as promised. They are durable and easy to use. The additional vowels speed up the project. I used these stencils to apply fabric paint to hoodies with an up and down sponge stroke. Very minimal bleeding, if any - and I wasn't very careful! They're durable enough to be used over and over again, although I think after a few projects you might need a new set. For the price it's definitely worth it. In general, the board quality is good, but there are a few flaws. -1 star because some of the letters were folded in half. Be sure to press on it to get sharp edges when spraying. Does that mean extra tape around the edges or what I did was put on a latex glove and hold each letter while spraying. Either way, it's kind of a headache. Also, I'm not sure if they will be reusable like they claim. I think they last 3-5 sprays each if given enough drying time in between. For the second star -1.

You will only receive one of each letter, except for 2 A, 2 E, 2 O and 2 S. The letters are not stamped in the same height on all cards. There are two or three different strips of perforated card that you need to punch letters out of. If you use letters from different strips, which is inevitable, you must use a ruler or draw a line to align the letter, not the top or bottom of the card.
