We have been using plastic knives from this brand for a number of years. They're not particularly spicy, which I like as I'm happy to let my 5-year-old daughter use them. However, they get the job done and cut soft foods with ease. They are strong and almost never break, I also wash them in the dishwasher and reuse them; Our dishwasher has a special shelf for dishes at the top and washes these knives without any negative consequences.
